This two-day training will provide a comprehensive overview of alcohol use disorder (AUD), AUD treatment and recovery options, including medications for alcohol use disorder and cultural considerations for treating different populations. The training will build skills to identify and diagnose AUD, determine a medication to treat AUD based on patients’ unique needs and goals, and assess the risk for alcohol withdrawal syndrome. This training is eligible for 8 CE credits!
